What is AZ Referral Network
AZ Referral Network LLC (AZRN) is a unique company set up for the purpose of allowing real estate licensees to have a means of benefitting from their real estate license while not actively pursuing a real estate career.
Real estate licensees will have the benefit of connecting friends, family and sphere of influence with Active Real Estate Agents that are experienced and can service them best. As Referral Agent of AZRN, you will be matching your sphere to qualified Active Real Estate Agents and get paid for this service.
AZ Referral Network will benefit licensees who are:
- Not actively pursuing a real estate practice
- Experiencing a change in your life or taking a break from an active real estate career.
- Moving into retirement, but want to continue to utilize your license and serve your sphere of influence.
- Currently operating an active real estate practice and want to connect with Referral Only Agents.

Requirements:
- Must be licensed with the AZ Department of real Estate at the time a referral is given and at the time a fee is to be paid
- Member of AZ Dept of Real Estate in good standing
As a Referral Agent, you can access our Active Real Estate Agents® database for researching and choosing the Active Real Estate Agentss® with which you place your referrals, or refer to any Active Real Estate Agents you choose anywhere in the US. Using Active Real Estate Agentss® in AZRN is not a requirement, but is meant for ease in accessing quality Active Real Estate Agentss for you to refer your sphere.
The Designated Broker for AZRN is a 27 year veteran in the business. She has owned and operated her personal real estate practice and been a top producer in her area, as well as owning and operating two companies over the years.
