With over 15 years of experience in the Hindi and Punjabi Film and Music industries, I have honed my skills as a Talent Agent, Music Manager, and Business Manager, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities, including record label management, music releases, advertising, marketing, talent management, and public relations. I specialize in identifying and nurturing talent, guiding artists through critical career choices, from films and songs to TV projects. My approach to talent management is hands-on, ensuring that every aspect of an artist’s career is thoughtfully managed and aligned with their long-term goals.

One of my proudest accomplishments has been producing stage shows for internationally acclaimed artist Diljit Dosanjh. These tours, both nationwide and international, have been a true labor of love, where I creatively designed each show from concept to execution. By meticulously managing all elements, including lights, sound, stage setup, and musicians, I’ve helped create unforgettable experiences for audiences around the world.

In 2024, I was honored with the Billboard Women in Music award for Global Manager of the Year, recognizing my work with superstar Punjabi musician and actor Diljit Dosanjh. Together, we made history with the Dil-Luminati tour, which became the largest North American tour ever for a Punjabi music artist, grossing over $27 million USD and breaking records with over 215,000 attendees. The tour’s North American leg included performances at massive stadiums, marking the biggest Punjabi concert outside of India. This recognition underscores my dedication to reshaping the entertainment industry and delivering excellence in every endeavor.
