OC-16 Business Consultation

This is for Large businesses with over 6 employees and up to as many as you would like. Is turnover bringing you challenges, wasting a lot of money on training and new hires for them to leave within the first year of employment? Employees feeling burned out, not being heard, not appreciated? We have a solution that can pinpoint all of those troubles and with our solutions we can take a deep dive into evaluating team collaboration (by our AI driven trigger summary tool), evaluating each employees special skills and traits and going over what they bring to your company. With our solutions we can optimize and tailor each quality that your employee has and make it for your highest benefit. Once we are done we can offer ongoing solutions as well so you don’t have to have a consultation every 6 months. This can be an all in one solution

How does the Program Work?

The program starts with a Talent Assessment Profiler (TAP). This allows us to TAP into their unique gifts as well as measure their burn-out stage. Once we receive all assessments back, we need 2 weeks to begin Module 1. All content will be created especially for you & your team to create an experience and outcomes specifically for your team.

Module 1
