About Us

Hearts and Hounds is an online store dedicated to celebrating service dogs and all dogs. Our founder, Jennifer Baker, was diagnosed with MS at 25. She has four beautiful children who motivate her daily. Despite the challenges of MS, Jennifer faces each hurdle with humor and determination. In October 2023, Jennifer was hospitalized and spent six months there, three of which involved life support. During this time, her one-year-old golden retriever, Sully, was trained to be her service dog. After returning home in May, Jennifer realized returning to the corporate world was not an option. While spending time with Sully, Hearts and Hounds was born.
