Hours are by appointment.

​Appointments are available from 10 to 5 Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Initial appointment — 90 minutes — $165

Regular appointments — 60 minutes — $125

I accept all credit cards, checks, cash, and health savings accounts. 

Insurance

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Your fee will be set according to the details of your policy.  I suggest you call BCBS and inquire about your deductible and benefits.

I accept and file claims for TriCare but I am not in network with Tricare

If you have insurance through another company I am happy to provide the documentation you need to file a claim.  I suggest you call your company to inquire about “out of network” benefits.  Given the lack of therapists providing ERP, it may be possible for you to appeal if your company says they won’t cover out of network providers.

​Before we schedule an appointment I like to give you an opportunity to ask questions you may have about my practice.  I will also ask you for some information about why you are seeking counseling to determine if it is something I can help with.

​When we schedule your first appointment I will email you an invitation to my client portal.  Through this portal you will complete the new client paperwork and be able to access video sessions.  Payment can be made through the portal or in our sessions.
