Hi, I’m Sully! 🐾 I’m a Golden Retriever, a service dog, and the furry co-founder of Hearts & Hounds. My mom, Jennifer, and I started Hearts & Hounds to celebrate the amazing love between dogs and their humans. Plus, we want to give the service dog community some love by giving a percentage of our net profits to select non-profit service dog organizations. This money helps the organizations get and train more dogs to place with humans to help them regain their independence. 

I made my grand entrance into the world in 2022. The moment I met my mom, I knew we were destined to be a team. She’s my best friend, my person, and my reason for everything I do.

My mom, Jennifer, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) when she was 25. Her determination never allowed MS to stop her.  She has four amazing kids who inspire her daily to overcome any challenges that MS may present. She is the strongest person I know, and her kids and I keep her laughing and smiling every day.

In October 2023, things took a turn when my mom became very ill and spent six months in the hospital. It didn’t take her long to realize she would not be able to go back to the corporate world. During one of my visits with her in the hospital, Hearts & Hounds was born, giving us something we could do while in bed or in a wheelchair.
